I help to make wellbeing work for busy lives

My path to mindfulness began amidst the chaos and love of welcoming my second child into the world. With the baby blues challenging my daily reality, I was languishing on a waiting list for CBT and found solace in the arms of yoga and the grounding practices of mindfulness. By the time I reached the top of the therapy waitlist, my journey had already transformed me, leading to a discharge after just one session. This turning point propelled me to dive deeper, exploring mindfulness through "10 of Zen" aimed at helping busy mums find peace in short, manageable bursts. From leading meditation groups to navigating my own burnout, I'm discovering the power of living in tune with nature's cycles — a journey I'm now opening up to you through the Ebb and Flow membership.

Qualifications

With each challenge I've faced, I've sought understanding and growth through study and certification. My qualifications are a testament to my belief in lifelong learning and healing. But beyond any certificate, my real expertise comes from living the very practices I teach — often messily, always genuinely.

My core values

  • There's a hand on a yoga block placed next to a foot and hair is in shot.

    Balance

Life is a balancing act. There’s too much of a good thing and everything in moderation

    Ease

Why make things difficult on ourselves? Life can be hard enough. Simplicity is key.

    Energy

The older I get, the more I choose to work with my energy cycles, and seek energisers rather than energy drains.
