You Don’t Need to Be Fixed – You Just Need to Be Reconnected
I’m writing this while a little bit hungover, clutching a mug of tea in one hand and a chocolate-covered malted milk biscuit in the other.
(Technically I’m “wine tasting” – my husband is training to be a sommelier – but let’s just say the tasting notes got a bit enthusiastic last night.)
And you know what? It feels right. Because this is what I want Lunar & Stone to be.
Not polished.
Not perfect.
Not some lofty wellness space where you have to glow green and only speak in affirmations.
But something softer. More real. A place where you can be a little fuzzy-headed and still belong.
The Wellness World Has Lost the Plot
Somewhere along the line, wellbeing became another to-do list.
Journal more.
Wake up at 5am.
Meditate with the energy of your ancestors while sipping adaptogenic mushroom lattes (or something like that).
And if you're still burnt out? Well, clearly you’re just not doing wellness hard enough.
I don’t believe in doing more to feel better.
I believe in coming back – to yourself, to the season you’re in, to the rhythm of your own days.
Ceremony Isn’t Just for Special Occasions
Light the nice candle. Use the good bath salts.
Drink your tea out of the mug that feels just right in your hands – even if it's chipped.
Maybe you write an intention on a scrap of paper.
Maybe you take a walk and notice what’s starting to bloom.
Maybe you just put your phone down and take three deep breaths before dinner.
That counts too.
We believe in rituals that fit into your real life – the one with laundry piles, forgotten appointments, and slightly broken packet of Hob Nobs tucked at the back of the cupboard.
Nature Already Knows What You Forgot
Here’s the truth: you’re not broken.
You’re just out of sync.
When we live by the clock and the calendar, it’s easy to forget that we are seasonal creatures.
That we need rest. That blooming doesn’t happen all year. That the moon goes dark before it shines.
The trees are not in therapy for dropping their leaves.
They’re just doing what’s natural. You can too.
No Pressure. Just a Blanket and a Biscuit.
This is your invitation – the soft kind.
To stop trying to fix yourself.
To stop twisting yourself into someone else’s version of calm.
To come back to rhythm and ceremony, in your own way.
Lunar & Stone is here for you with gentle guidance, lovely rituals, and a little bit of seasonal magic.
No dress code. No morning routine required. Just space to breathe, to notice, and to begin again.
Kettle’s on. Blanket’s ready. You’re home.
